The original four digit code needs to be split, since it is basically a three-component postcoordinates code. The first two digits ("kind of stay" e.g. "vorstationäre Behandlung ohne anschließende vollstationäre Behandlung") are used in both MII and MIRACUM Profiles, the third ("billing modalities") and fourth ("kind of admission", e.g. Arbeitsunfall, Notfall) can be stored in the MIRACUM Extension (https://fhir.miracum.org/core/StructureDefinition-aufnahmegrund.html).
