DischargeReason need to be split

This code is also essentially a rtwo-parted postcoordinated code. The first two digits give the discharge target (rehab, home, death), the third digit encodes wheather the patient was able to work at time of discharge from hospital. MII only captures the first part, MIRACUM provides an Extension for the second part.
